Chuck enough mud....

and some might stick. Also referred to as 'principled eclecticism'. I heard this term used on the TESOL Diploma course I'm currently following and it seemed to me to nicely encapsulate both the way I work as a teacher and the way I think I tend to learn. Throw enough good stuff in the direction of the receptive mind, and a certain amount with take up residence there. So I'm launching this blog as a mud repository, for the retention of the sticky stuff I hurl with greater or lesser principled precision in the direction of the leaky sieve I like to call my head.
